Back To School Make Up Tutorial.....

I know, no one likes to talk about it, but it's that time again. Back to school. I'm not sure if many of my blog followers go to school, but I'm going to be doing a back to school make up look today...

Some school's don't allow pupils to wear make up, my school however, have a discreet make up only policy. So my make up look is going to be just that.

I'm going to be taking you through the steps, that I took to create this look.....

  1. To start off with I concealed my under eye circles with a concealer. I used a stick concealer from Natural Collection.
  2. Next I applied a subtle eyeshadow. I used a little bit of L'Oreals Hourglass Beige eyeshadow on a fluffy blending eye brush. I will be giving away a brand new Hourglass Beige eyeshadow in my 100 follower giveaway.
  3. I then applied a thin line of brown eyeliner on my upper lash line. I chose brown instead of black as it is much more neutral looking.
  4. I also used a brown mascara from a pallet. It's quite volumising but without looking too dramatic.
  5. I then used my MUA clear mascara to set my brows. This ensures they look neat without looking too over the top.
  6. On my cheeks I used a peachy blush from an ELF pallet. It gives my face a nice peachy glow, I just dusted a little bit on the apples of my cheeks.
  7. I used Benefit's Posie Tint on my lips. I love this product, especially for school, because it's a stain so it lasts on the lip's for hours, without needing to be re-applied.
  8. Finally, I put Benefit's High Beam on my brow and cheek bones. This gives the face a subtle glow and helps to give the illusion of looking more radiant.
