It's fair to say I've tried a fair few shampoos and conditioners over the last few months, and I've only just got round to finishing them off. I always seem to have a little bit left in each bottle that I never get around to using - just me? So this month, I've made a habit of using them up. Just me? So, for today's post I thought I'd do an empties post dedicated to haircare.
John Frieda Brilliant Shine* ~ I wasn't overly impressed by this duo to be honest. It smelt lovely - like a typical salon product. It lathered really well in my hair, but didn't leave it moisturised nor overly shiny. Would I repurchase? Probably not.
Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends Conditioner ~ Now, I absolutely love the scent of this conditioner, I think that alone is what sold it to me. This leaves my hair feeling soft as well as easier to manage. Would I repurchase? Definitely.
John Frieda Sheer Blonde* ~ These left my hair feeling really nourished and moisturised, but, unfortunately, verging on greasy. They didn't really smell of anything which was a shame, as I love products that leave my hair smelling amazing. Would I repurchase? Maybe.
VO5 Give Me Moisture ~ The shampoo left my hair feeling rather stripped, so I wouldn't really recommend it if you have hair like mine - dry and curly. However, I did quite like the conditioner, plus I love the scent of these. Would I repurchase? Probably not.
Timotei Golden Highlights Conditioner ~ I really liked this conditioner. It left my hair feeling really soft, but I didn't notice a change in my hair colour at all. (I used this after I had my hair highlighted.) Would I repurchase? Maybe.

I love the John Frieda Frizz Ease range as I have incredibly frizzy hair, but to be honest my favourite shampoo/conditioner is a stupidly cheap Coconut & Almond one from Boots own range! It's absolutely amazing and they do a really great leave in conditioner too x

I love Herbal Essences, I use the Ignite My Colour religiously - it smells so good and leaves my hair feeling amazing. Their Bee Strong leave in conditioner is so good too, smells good enough to eat! Such a good range of hair products and so reasonably priced, can't beat it!

Very interesting, great to know a budget shampoo like Herbal Essences gives you great results. I just reviewed the Aveda Dry Remedy range and it is seriously great for treating dry hair!
