London Haul

The day I went to London for the Matalan Movie Club Event, I obviously had to go to the infamous Oxford Street. While on the way I made a mental list of the shops I just had to go to. In case you were wondering, Forever 21 and Bershka were my top two, as well as Mango and Topshop if I had time. 

So, first up is Forever 21. The aztec so totally caught my eye, and I loved how it looked with the skater skirt I was wearing on the Saturday. For £12.75 I really couldn't resist! The polka dot smock dress was only £12, and I love that it isn't at all flattering. I think this'll look lovely layered with a jumper, black boots and a chunky winter coat.

When I saw this top on the hanger, in Bershka, I was intrigued as I thought I would look about seven with it on.  Like I was dressing up as a fairy for this years school production. But once I'd tried it on all was forgotten. This was only £15.99 and the quality is impeccable. Recently I've been addicted to two things: skater skirts and monochrome. So this £14.99 skirt - also from Bershka - couldn't have fallen into my basket at a better time!

In yesterdays post I mentioned that I made a little trip to Matalan to spend the vouchers I was ever so kindly given at the aforementioned event. This little monochrome daisy shirt* was only £10, and I absolutely love it! 

Finally, the Marmite item of the bunch. I spotted an identical coat at the Matalan event, and I fell in love. But, I have so many jackets and coats, so I couldn't justify the £40 it cost. Later on in the day I  spotted this at a local charity shop and for £12.99, I felt it was fate. This is definitely a 'looks better on' kind of item, so I'll show this properly in an upcoming outfit post.
