L'Oreal 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution Review

I still haven't jumped on the Bioderma bandwagon and before I tried this I wasn't sure I ever would. Purely because I never tend to wear a full face of make up every day, so other than a bit of concealer here and there, it's mostly eye make up that I need to remove.

But, having heard the Bioderma hype, obviously I was curious. So I picked up L'Oreals offering considering it's a fraction of the price and has so many positive reviews.

I quite like the packaging, it's not at all fancy, don't get me wrong - it's just simple yet quite effective. This bottle holds 200ml but because the bottle is tall and thin it's a good size to leave on the side.

I like to pour a little pit onto a cotton pad and just gently wipe my face with this. It doesn't have a scent so is great for my sensitive-ish skin. After I use this, I cleanse as normal so I sort of use his as a make up remover or a pre-cleanse if you will.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend you give this a try - especially as it's only about £3 when on offer!

Have you tried this?
What do you think of Bioderma?

  1. I've never really felt the need to jump on the micellar water bandwagon, but I've been reading great reviews about this one and it is so affordable!

  2. I've tried this, Bioderma and No 7s version and I have to say, this is may favourite out of them all! It's really cheap and gets rid of all my makeup so easily :)

  6. I have tried both this and the Bioderma, and while this takes off make up just as well as Bioderma, I don't like it as much. It has a certain 'foaming' effect if I put too much on the cotton pad and I'm not 100% sure but I think this product may be the reason for my latest breakout :( it is quite drying, so I don't think I'll be re-purchasing but it does the job and if you're not prone to breakouts then I would recommend it also. Quite a good dupe but when I can afford it I'll be buying the Bioderma again!xo

  7. This sounds like a great alternative to Bioderma. I love Bioderma but the price of it is putting me off repurchasing it. I might give this a go in the mean time- £3 seems like so little for 200ml! xx

  9. I have always wanted the bioderma product but I think I may invest in this bottle first before I try and see what I think. Like you say for a fraction of the cost, why not?
