Limited Collection Lipstick in Melba Blush Review

Yesterday, while in Marks and Spencers with my Mum, I decided to have a nose around the array of beauty products they currently have for sale. I've never really looked at the make up they stock, but I saw this gorgeous lipstick amongst a few other lovely shades, and decided to give it a go....

It was only £5, and is from the Limited Collection range. There is a massive variety of shades available from nudes to reds, but I went for a bright corally colour.

The packaging is quite simple, but it's really sturdy and I like the plastic dome at the top of the lid, I think it looks really different. Despite being acrylic it doesn't feel tacky or cheap, which I find lots of cheaper lipsticks are guilty of.

The colour's a lovely vibrant orangey coral, so perfect for this time of year. It does have some shimmer running through it but nothing too crazy. The formula is really creamy and quite similar to that of a Revlon lip butter. It's quite a sheer lipstick, but is also very buildable.

As for the lasting power, I've found this lasts a good few hours, and fades to a lovely sheen, as opposed to going all patchy.

Despite only having this beauty for a day, I can tell it's gong to become one of my everyday essentials! Next time I'm at M&S, I'm definitely going to have to look at the other shades, and get one or maybe a few...

Have you tried any beauty products from M&S?
What do you think of this shade?
