Revlon's Bronze Glow

I love a good highlighter. Perhaps a little too much... I recently bought two in one Superdrug trip. Point proven. So when I spotted this Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick dupe, sitting at the Revlon stand for £8.99 I obviously had to investigate.

I'm not going to lie, I was worried this was going to be too glittery and leave me with a full face of shimmer. However, I have been pleasantly surprised by this. It leaves nothing but a pretty sheen of colour on my cheeks.

I like this as a highlighter/bronzer hybrid, simply swirling my brush in the pan and blending along my cheekbones. Also, it's not to pigmented meaning it's really easy to work with, as you can always apply a little more if needed.

The packaging is really plain and simple, but I think the one thing it's missing is definitely a mirror! Other than that, I love this highlighter. Well done Revlon!

  3. I so had the same thought as you that it would be too shimmery but I'm so glad it's not! I recently bought the Revlon liquid illuminator and I'm so excited to try that!! xxxx
