YSL Rouge Volupte Shine - Corail In Touch

It's love. I've honestly never seen a more beautiful lipstick in my life. So beautiful in fact, that I photographed it as soon as I got it. And couldn't bare to swatch it - sorry! Anyway, my lovely Mum bought this for me in Duty Free, on the way home from Venice during the summer. And it's fair to say, I was more than excited for the 25th of December!

I think we should address the packaging first of all. Have you ever seen a prettier shade of gold? Oh, and the coloured middle is genius. But, it does mean that I'm now lusting after a few more shades to create a little array of shades. The bullet twists up beautifully and the lid clicks perfectly. Can you tell I'm besotted?

As for texture - this feels really light on the lips, and glides on, oh, so smoothly. This also has a really subtle fruity scent, which I think I definitely prefer to the typical vanilla of most other lipsticks!

Corail In Touch - number 14, is a gorgeous, bright pinky coral perfect for spring/summer! Plus, the fact you can apply it both sheerly and built up to an opaque shade, makes it that little bit better!
