This Week I... (#4)

Have been looking after Ralphie. On Friday morning our little pal was dropped off for another weekend stay at the Becca's Fashion and Life household. He's our friends little cockerpoo - cue lots of walkies and games of fetch.

Had Thursday off. Due to a national teaching strike my school was shut for the day - hooray! This led to a relaxing day at home with plenty of blog reading. One of the posts I read was Jaye's Mac Lipstick Collection - wow, my wishlist is now three times the size it was!

Received this in the post. There are literally so many Lush things I need right now. I think I'm definitely drawn more towards the bubble bars this year, especially Candy Mountain. I think I'm also going to have to stock up on another bottle or three of Snow Fairy.

Used these products everyday. You may recognise this trio from my Hello Old Friends post, well I did in fact use them everyday. And to be honest, I think I've fallen in love with the Watts Up highligter, it's such a lovely peachy warm toned product and it's brilliant!

Received my dotting tools in the post. I bought these on eBay a couple of weeks ago, and this week they arrived! They were only £1.10 after a good ol' best offer situation. The listing of these has now ended, but if you're after something similar just search dotting tools on eBay.

Looked at a possible sixth form. My Dad and I had a wander around a college/sixth form and looked at all the courses available. I don't think I'm going to that one, but I think I might have narrowed down the options I want to take. Also, the Spanish essay I mentioned in last weeks TWI post, I was given an A* for - yay!

What have you done this week?
Have you got any of Lush's Christmas products?

  2. I'd say keep up with your Spanish! It was my favourite subject at A-level and meant I could spend last year studying in Valencia with my language skills :)

  4. My school wasn't shut- but then I didn't strike so maybe that's my own fault! I was kind of hoping everybody else would strike so I would have no choice. Then I'd get a day off and still be paid haha!
