This Week I... (#45)

Got my bake on. Say hello to first batch of cupcakes I've made in 2014 - and that's honestly not an exaggeration. I haven't done any baking in months, but these salted caramel cupcakes were far too delicious to ignore. I must confess that this was actually a packet mix from Sainsbury's - so I'm not if it counts as 'baking', but I'm very pleased with the outcome nonetheless.  

Bought new cushions. I'm currently in the process of changing the theme of my bedroom... again. The new theme is a mix of morroccan/boho/minimalist styles, and I can't wait to show you the finished results. Both of the above cushions were from Tesco, and totalled less than £9 for the pair. Bargain.

GOT KOOKS TICKETS. Woooo. I'm honestly so excited. I've been obsessed with the song Around Town pretty much all summer, and I'm currently converting bae to a Kooks fan aha. It's in November this year, and I'm just so excited.

Spent 7 and a half hours at Splashdown. For those of you who aren't local, Splashdown is a waterpark with some fab rides. I've never spent an entire day there before, and it's fair to say I was rather shattered afterwards. I went with two other girls and seven boys from school, and it was honestly one of the best days of my entire summer.

Fell back in love with Pinterest. I've probably had my account for about a year or two, but this week it's finally 'clicked' and I'm obsessed. I deleted all of my old boards, and have started afresh. Feel free to follow me; @beccasfandl.
