This Week I... (#33)

Made a delightful - American style - feast. I've only recently rekindled my love for burgers, and I'm one of those all or nothing kind of people. So when Dad and I were deciding what to cook for lunch, I came up with this delicious menu, which obviously had to have all the trimmings. Also, I'd just like to say that cheesecake and clotted cream are a perfect combination. Mmmmmm.

Took the revision al fresco. Although, as always it didn't quite go as planned... I think I spent more time; making daisy chains, uploading photos to Instagram, composing perfect playlists etc. Oh, and I was interupted by about a trillion insects. Moral of the story: revise inside.

There's not much to report this week, as my exams start tomorrow. Eeeeeeek. I can't wait to get them over and done with, and enjoy the long summer ahead. Once I've got this coming week out of the way, the rest will fly by, and soon it'll be prom and leavers day! I'm currently trying to decide what to wear for the latter - we've been told smart/casual... Any ideas? I know this is sort of rambly, but I haven't written this sort of thing in forever, and it's nice to have a change every once in a while. Anyway, I'm not sure how many posts I'll get up this week as I have 9 exams to sit, this week alone... Yay.

  1. Good luck with your exams, they'll all be over before you know it! On our GCSE leavers day people wore jeans and their polo shirts so we could all sign them, I've still got mine :)

  9. The american feast looks absolutely delicious! The revision looks so relaxing, sometimes being cooped up inside with all the distractions of wifi can be so horrible, but outside seems pretty distracting too.Your handwriting looks so pretty! Good luck with your exams lovely, you'll do fab!
