The Benefit Perfumes

Benefit... Definitely one of my favourite makeup brands, but also the first proper 'high end' brand I got into. It all started with a free sample of Posie Tint that came with an issue of Glamour magazine many moons ago. Last Christmas my parents gave me this set of miniature perfumes - aren't they the cutest things ever?!

I think Benefit have the best packaging ever - I mean, look at these! They're little gold cocktail shaker style bottles, with little printed labels. These are just the pour straight from the bottle style, where as the full sizes have the typical spray nozzle.

As for lasting power, I find that the strongest of the four last about 7 hours on my skin, and the others about 5. Which I think is great - considering these are only eau du toilettes! My favourite of the ones I own is definitely Ring my Bella it's a gorgeous fruity yet florally scent that fades to a great scent too!

Another of my favourites is Laugh with me Lee Lee, this is definitely the lightest fragrance of them all, and Benefit describe this as 'woody floral'. I like the other two scents: My place or yours Gina and See and be seen Sasha. Of the four Sasha, is definitely the strongest most mature scent, which is why it's the one I reach for least.

Price wise, these retail at £29.50 for 30ml, which is substantially less than a typical 'high end' perfume. But if they're available again this year, definitely check out these sets! They're a perfect way to try more than one!

  6. I'm not a fan of the Benefit perfumes but I absolutely adore the packaging. I've wanted to buy these quite often just so I can display the bottles on my shelf!
