Black & Neon Roses

Black seems to be my favourite colour to wear at the moment. You may have noticed in my latest haul that all the new things I've bought - you guessed it - were monochrome.  Today the weather has been relatively lovely, which meant for the first time in days, I haven't needed to wear a thick winter coat!

I've been loving the whole smock/skater dress thing at the moment, and this floral dress is definitely my style! One of my favourite things about it, is the length of the sleeves - they're so flattering! Also, the material is all I can describe as crepe papery not the typical jersey fabric.

I've been obsessed with my velvety ankle boots recently. They're so easy to style, and are probably one of the comfiest pairs of shoes I own. Frilly socks - standard. I like to wear them with these boots, otherwise it look as if I'm barefoot - which isn't a trend I'm planning on starting right now.
