Angelica's Spring Collection

Angelica polishes have always intrigued me. The way they sit by the tills in Primark untouched, and rarely mentioned in the ol' blogosphere. They're a fairly new brand - which might be why, plus, I think the only other place to buy them is on their website.

Okay, so the Spring Summer 2014 collection* contains some gorgeous shades: Sugar & Spice: a gorgeous lilac, Something Blue: a lovely cornflower shade, Mint Mani: a shimmery pastel green and Apricot: a beautiful coral.

The above swatches are with one coat, which I think is incredible. Especially when you consider the fact they retail at only £2.75 a bottle. The brushes are nice. Not too thick nor too thin. I can't comment on chip resistance/lasting power as of yet, but once I've had them on my nails for a little longer, I'll definitely let you know what I think!

Also, I'd just like to mention that new shades are launched every 6 weeks, so definitely keep an eye on their stands.

  7. Apricot looks really nice, I haven't bought any Angelica polishes before. The coverage seems really good for only one coat!
