Mac In For A Treat Powder

Wow. What a beauty. Shall we all just take a minute to appreciate this powder... I don't think I've ever seen a prettier highlighter (or sheer blush or setting powder, as this bad boy can be used in one of three ways!) This was part of the Baking Beauties collection, hence the beautiful design!

Okay, so firstly this is a really fine milled powder, which makes it feel really soft and buttery to touch. I tend to use this on the tops of my cheekbones with an angled brush, and it blends seamlessly! So, colour wise it looks rather strange? But, when swirled together, creates a gorgeous shimmery champagne shade, which I think really suits my pale skin tone!

As for longevity - this tends to last about 7 hours on the skin, which I don't think is too shabby at all! Packaging wise - a standard Mac compact, which feels really sturdy. What I really like, is that the flowers are the whole way through the pan, meaning they don't disappear after a few swirls of a brush!

Do you like the look of this powder?

  2. This looks gorgeous! I think it would be too light for me as a powder, but could maybe do as a highlighter. Do you find that the green is obvious?
