ELF Studio - First Impressions

Back when I first discovered ELF cosmetics, I bought a whole variety of products from the Essentials line - all over color stick, I'm looking at you. I spotted a free delivery code on Twitter the other day, so I decided to use the opportunity to try a few other products, specifically from the Studio range. I know buying products online always ends up as a bit of a gamble, but you can't really go wrong with these beauties!

I featured these ELF goodies in my last fashion and beauty haul, and I've used them everyday since. So for today's post I wanted to post a quick first impressions/review of this trio. These are all from the aforementioned 'Studio' line which meant they were only £3.75 each - which is definitely a bargain if you ask me.

This is a gorgeous bronzey colour with a subtle gold sheen, which is a very 'me' shade. It's relatively pigmented, lasts all day and has a surprisingly creamy texture for a powder shadow. The packaging is simple but I like it, very clean looking.

I love this. I've been thinking about getting Soft and Gentle forever, but I tend to stick to my liquid highlighters, so I'm not sure how much I'd use it or how I'd get on with it. Which is where Pinktastic came in, it's a shimmery goldy cream colour that looks pretty and natural at the same time. This lasts all day on my skin and I love how it looks with a cream blusher!

As I mentioned previously I've been loving using cream blushers which is why I bought this brush. It's made of synthetic bristles and I love the size - perfect for my cheeks. It creates such a natural airbrushed effect without having to apply layers and layers of product. The brush itself feels really good quality and professional despite being one of the cheapest brushes I own.

Have you ever tries anything from ELF?
Do you use a highlighter?
