Quick and Simple Neutral Makeup...

Now, I rarely post FOTD's as I tend to wear the same neutral look everyday - neutral eyeshadow and pink lipstick. But seeing as I've been doing my work experience outfits, I thought it'd be a nice idea to show you how I've been doing my makeup for work.

As for base makeup I've only really been wearing a powder on the oilier parts of my face. The one I've been liking recently is Stila's Angel Light.

I've been loving wearing L'Oreals Hourglass Beige all over my lids, and applying some of the brown from Wet'n'Wilds, Walking on eggshells palette into my crease. I then like to take a big fluffy blending brush with the lightest shade in the Wet'n'Wild paletter and blend everything out, and to hilight my inner corner.

As for eyeliner, I've just been using this Avon Kajal Stick which I really like. My mascara of choice as of late has been Benefit's Bad Gal Lash.

Posietint has been my favourite blush product as it lasts all day and is really blendable. I really like the colour it adds to my cheeks and I think it works really well with my skintone.

On my lips, I've been wearing one of these three - MUA's Shade 7, Deborah Milano in number 9* or Natural Collection's Pink Mallow. All of which are really pretty summery pink colours.

What do you think of this look?
What makeup do you wear to work?

  1. I love the summery lip colours, definitely perfect for a subtle day :)

  2. I hardly ever wear make-up to work (On a night shift they are lucky if I even wear a bra! LMAO)when I do though I usually just do my brows and lashes - I'm a lazy girl xxx
